I am trying to add a text box to a document based on data entered before it (wait for entry change). I have 2 fields, (1) asks if the job has been assigned to an Eng. & (1) that is a pull down to select the eng. email. Once the supervisor chooses "yes" & the email address, it sends a link to the document to the eng. I would like it to also add a text box saying "Assigned Eng. - "selection made in field value (eng. email)" ". But all I get is the yellow text box with Assigned Eng but it does not add the value that was choosen by the supervisor (Eng. email).

Is the Eng. Email being set during the "Wait for Entry Change -Ali" activity? If so, you'll want to add another "Retrieve Field Values" activity after the "Wait for Entry Change" activity, since the field value has changed since your initial "Retrieve Field Values" activity.
