"Cannot get user information (LFDS3)"

My client is having an issue with directory server.  They removed a user from LDAP and when they went onto directory server to see it synced, it did not, and they could not manually delete the user either as they are given this error when clicking on it's properties "Cannot get user information (LFDS3)". We have synced directory server in the settings multiple times, but the list of users never updates. They are on version 10.0.0.196.

Hi Ricardo,

First you may want to update LFDS 10 to include update 1, with this caveat in mind. The fully-updated LFDS should be at version 10.0.0.222.

If that does not resolve the issue, you may want to check whether this thread also resolves your situation.
