I have a user who is currently trying to upgrade from LF Server version 8.3 to LF Server version 10.1 using LFDS. They were able to renew the master license in LFDS so that they have a maximum server version of 10.1. What I would like to know though is whether they will need to delete the server instance in LFDS and then register a new application with the correct server version. Or can they go the through the upgrade process and LF automatically updates their server instance to 10.1? I just want to make sure they go through the most efficient and correct steps in upgrading their server.
