Question

Auto Suggestions Laserfiche App

asked on November 2, 2016

Hi all,

I'm using a Samsung Tab S2 and a Sony Z3 Compact. The mobile apps are up to date and the Forms server is 10.2, Update 2.

There are two fields with Auto Suggestions, one is populated in the forms field layout, and the other is populated by a lookup rule.

The Laserfiche App in both devices does not show the auto suggestions.

However, the auto suggestions do display in the following scenarios:

  • IE, FireFox and Chrome on Windows 10.1
  • Chrome,  native and Ad-Block browsers on both mobile devices

Any ideas?

-Ben

Hello Ben,

My apologies for the late reply. We can reproduce this issue as well on our end. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. This has been addressed in our next release of our Mobile App Server. We do kindly ask if you can wait for the next release and  upgrade to see if the issue still further persists.

On a Samsung Tab A

Application: 10.1.0.540

...the Auto Suggestions list is visible.

I'm happy to give you a log in via a support case, if that helps.

Thanks. Is there a release date?  Any chance of an early patch?

Hello Ben,

The next release for the Mobile Apps and App Server is currently targeted for Q4 of 2016 as shown here. So if this roadmap is followed, a release should be seen before the end of the year, thus as a result a patch will very unlikely be seen.
