Why is Workflow Sending .lfe Files Instead of the Actual Files?

I have a fairly simple workflow that finds documents in a folder and then emails those documents in their native format in a zip file. The workflow was working fine until today when we added an additional email address in the To field of the email. After that it started sending the zip file, but with .lfe files inside of it. I also tried not zipping the files, but it does the same thing. The Edit Attachment's windows is setup as follows:

No matter what I seem to do it keeps sending them as .lfe files. Any ideas on how to fix this or why it might be happening?

This bug has been fixed in Workflow 10.2.

This is an issue in Workflow Designer 10 in that the dialog can't be resized and several of the other options in that dialog aren't visible. SCR 141243 had been filed for it and this will be fixed in the upcoming Workflow release. As a workaround for now, you can install and use Workflow Designer 9.

Is there not another workaround? We utilize activities that are only available in WF 10.

Install Workflow Designer 9 by itself on another PC to edit that one activity.

This bug has been fixed in Workflow 10.2.
