Hello All,
I have a user who is having an issue with just one machine. They are on the LF Client version 8.1.2.735 and they are using a Fujitsu fi-7180 with a PaperStream 32-bit TWAIN driver. They have the OCR process selected during scanning. They have removed the process, uninstalled the client, reinstalled, tried different users and no matter what, every time, they get the OCR Engine has stopped working error. they have also tested to make sure that the scanner works outside of LF. I have provided a screen shot of the scanner and below is the full details of the error. Has anyone seen this before?
