"The specified module could not be found"

My client is getting this error everytime they click to load lfscanning in the thick client: "The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT:0x8007007E)". I have run a repair on their client and was going to clear their attributes. Has anyone else experienced this issue with scanning before? They are on version 10.1.1.254.

It could be because of missing or corrupted dependencies. Please try this.

Tried that out and that didn't work. I also applied update 2 for 10.1.1. Neither worked. I am going to start a case with laserfiche. I am also wondering if I just need to install a later version of the redistributable(like 2013 instead of 2010).

Please also make sure that the OCR engine is installed on that computer as Laserfiche Scanning requires it.

I am encountering this as well. Tried a fresh install after making sure the OCR engine was installed as well as the c++ components. I had the c++ and it repaired them but I still seem to have the issue.
