Board Policy Manual Updates

We're beginning to move our board meeting files, including the record copy of our board policy manual, to our repository. Does anyone have a good folder/file structure for organizing policy manuals in Laserfiche?

Hey John,

We have all our Board Policies online now.  I put an index page on our website at http://www.d93schools.org/Content2/board-policies and the files on Laserfiche.  The Webpage links to the different categories of policies and I used metadata to link the categories.  The Policies are divided up by numbers within Laserfiche to keep things nice and neat.  We use Weblink to allow the public to view the files.  The same goes for our Transparency Reports and Board Minutes.  I hope this will help giving you some ideas.
