Is it possible to make a template field conditional? When the 'Needs Reviewing' Status is selected, I would like to make the Needs Reviewing textbox required before saving changes /exiting. Additionally, could the Needs Reviewing textbox be hidden until the Status is changed to Needs Reviewing?

This is actually a very good question, I was hoping for the same type of feature. If someone selects if something is required from a dropdown, can the template display additional fields?

Unfortunately no. Best bet is multiple templates as I assume this is in a workflow.
