I am getting this error when trying to open up the admin console. This is on the server where laserfiche is installed and not a client machine. I've tried the IP address of the server as some of the other users with the same error have had but it is not working. Any ideas? I've included screenshots of the error when logging into admin console and workflow admin console. Thanks!

I restarted the Laserfiche Service and the problem went away.

Is the LF server running? Can you login to it using the LF client?

I cannot. I get an operation timeout error [784]. The LF services are running too.

In the client, click attach and attach the client to the server using it's IP.  Does that work?

I was able to figure it out. It seems the SQL services were not running due to a login issue. I didn't even think to look at that until you mentioned the services. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
