mobile configuration page not loading completely

We have installed LF Mobile and for some reason the configuration page is not loading completely.

From 'not loading completely' I mean, we can see Hyperlinks like Connection, Security, General, Device but clicking on them doesn't do anything.

While the two crosses on the right top corner does open new tabs with LF help pages.

OS: 2008 R2 Enterprise SP1

IE version: 11

In the start it was showing javascript not enables message which has now gone away after enabling the javascript for the browser.

IIS settings screenhosts also attached (as I am assuming this could be related to IIS settings)

Try turning on Static Content in IIS. https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1013275/the-laserfiche-forms-website-displays-a-blank-web-browser-window- or https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1012647 to turn on "Static Content

Turning Static Contents on has resolved the issue. I can now see the config page all fine.

Is the website trusted?

Internet Options -> Security -> Trusted Sites

Thanks Ben.

I currently don't have rights to add sites to Trusted. I have asked client to do this and give this a try.

Will let you know how it goes.
