LF Workflow - Why do some objects hide some token options in the token picker

For example - the Date / Time object shows the For Each Entry 3 CurrentEntry_Subcontract Payable Due Date

Interesting that it cuts out any tokens that do not contain a date (not sure how it knows that).

But the Email activity token picker hides this token from the list.

I can still use the tokens, I just have to manually code the syntax.

Hey Chad,

As you noticed the Token Picker is in fact pretty smart. It tries to suggest tokens which fit the type of the field you're putting the token into or the most commonly used tokens for that activity. In your specific case in the Email activity, the To, CC, and BCC boxes are more strongly typed than others and most non-string tokens won't show up there. 

However, if you want to be able to view all the tokens an activity produces, you can go to the token dialog and have a full list of every token currently available. The token dialog should be the first option in the Token Picker dropdown.

Cool, thank you! I only use the CC box to pick a token, then copy the syntax into the body of the email. This explains a lot though.
