I have this error when I try to configure laserfiche forms... any help?

I've already change the permissions from sql studio.. but not working.

Version: 10.

Are you using SQL authentication or Windows Authentication to connect to database? If you are using windows authentication, please refer to https://www.laserfiche.com/support/webhelp/Laserfiche/10/en-US/administration/#../Subsystems/Forms/Content/System-Settings.htm for how to configure windows authentication.
