I am unable to find the answer to this question in "Help", so here's my question. I would like a user who uses a form to indicate what Security Tag needs to be applied when it saves to Laserfiche. How would I set the form up to allow for that?

Hi Gloria,
You would have to set up a check box field on your form with the security tag(s) that would need to be applied and then call a workflow to apply those tags once submitted. (If only one tag would be applied a drop down would work)
With a little more work you should be able to get the checkbox selections or drop down field list to auto populate with available security tags by querying the Laserfiche database tags table. That way you would not need to update your form if security tags changed.
