Hi,

One of our clients would like to have both Download electronic file as default for all users.

Is there a way to achieve this?

Hi, Junaid,

There is a user attribute you can set on the Everyone group in the Admin console or WebAdmin to achieve the desired default behavior.

For the first setting, you can set:
[Settings]OpenEdocAsDoc to No

and for the second:

[Settings]OpenPDFAsDoc to No
