Import Agent 10 Not Logging Entries in Event Log

Started experimenting with Import Agent today any my documents are ending up in the IAError subfolder, but I cannot find any entries in the Application Event Log for these attempts to import. The documentation that I can find about this suggest that I should see a line item for Import Agent in the Applications and Service Logs section, but I do not. Only see Laserfiche/Mobil/EventLog/Admin, and there are no entries in this structure.

Can anyone help me understand what I have incorrectly configured in Import Agent or somewhere else in Laserfiche?

Check the normal Application event log:

Import Agent has its own event log under Application and Services Logs. You can enable the Operational log for more details on what profile is running and what documents were imported.

You may want to increase the size of the log if the issue you're investigating is not immediately reproducible. The default size is 1MB and it gets overwritten when full.

Thanks Miruna - I forgot about that option.

Turns out you can't enable a High log level in IA V11, that was only available in V10.
