I have a need to setup a global Template that can be used in many departements. This Template Dynamic Field list does then provide all choices to users but when a specific departemental user need to import a document or perform a search, that user has access to the whole list and this should be restricted to only what he has the right to see.

Can there be an improvement where the LF Dynamic Field mechanism  could send out to the DB request the %(Initiator) who is currently logged in and then, we can manage a SQL view that would take this User info into account and only returning proper Drop Down List values for him?
