Our forms email approval has been set up and working for a while. Now, it has stopped processing the replies. I have checked the server settings and they are testing fine. When someone replies, the email hits the inbox and is read by the server according to the poll cycle. However, nothing is being processed. The form stays in its current status. It doesnt get approved or rejected.

Hi William,
Can you verify that the initial e-mail is also being properly received by the account configured for E-mail Approvals? This would be the initial "A form has been submitted" e-mail, not the reply to it with the approval status.
You can also check the LFForms event log (under "Applications and Services" in Windows Event Viewer for more detail if an error occurred between retrieving the e-mail contents and processing the approval.
