Enhancement request: Mobile client form submission "Thank you" style configuration option

Hi guys,

Our customer has a couple of forms that redirect to the company website on submission.  This works fine in browsers, but appears to the user that the Laserfiche App has crashed when submitting the forms via the app on a mobile device.  As soon as they click the "Submit" button they are dropped out of the Laserfiche App to the home screen.  This is understandable, but confusing to the user and they have to reopen the App to re-establish their session.

The fix is to disable the Form redirection to a website and enable the Thank You screen instead.  The redirection option is what we would prefer for browser users so it would be good if there was a way to modify this behaviour specifically for mobile App users.

Thank you Mike for letting us know the issue.

In our next release we will get this fixed. If it's re-directing to another site, we can load the webpage within our app or redirect to the default browser on the device.

I do have a follow up question tho, for the submitters, are you expecting them to browse or take any more actions on that webpage. As for these submitters, they all have their own logins right and the redirected webpage, I assume, is not for advertising purpose?

Thank you Julia.  To respond to your questions, the submitters are all logged in for the form completion, but that's the only reason for the authentication, once they submit the form it's simply a redirection to the website, there's no required action following the redirection.
