I have annotations on the document. When I export that document from the repository to my local machine, the annotations are gone. Any idea please?

Assuming you are using the LF Client to export a document with annotations? If so click on the 'Options' button on the dialog that pops up after you select the document to export. (See below)
On the other hand (based on some of your earlier posts) if you are using the SDK to export a document from Laserfiche then there are properties that you can set on the instantiated document exporter object that will include the annotations with the exported document image. I can provide code snippets if you need them...
Thanks. I am manually downloading the image as PDF from web access in 10.1. I have that option set in Download options in Web Access. Is there any issue with downloading bitmapannotations please? The annotation that I have is an image on the document. Thanks.
