Hi Richard.

Can you check in your server IIS if you have permissions in the apps?

01 Open IIS
02 Open the web site.

03 Select Workflow for workflow and Select Laserfiche for web access
04 Then Clic on Basic settings

05 Clic on test configuration

06 Then check if both are ok if don´t

07 Select Conect as

08 Specific User and browse an user with permissions like windows administrator.
09 Then check the configuration again

after this you should be able to access on both apps.

Hope it works for you.

Regards

Thanks, but that did not  work.

It was showing an error in the initial test, but it did not help.

Sorry to hear that.

Can you check if  in the workflow web site the windows authentication is enable?

Go to \DefaultWebSite\Workflow  and "authentication"  and enable it.

If that wouldnt work you can try enable Anonymous Authentication .

It appears web access is also down.

Were any patches or updates applied before or during the restart? If so, the first thing to try is to roll back the server updates and see if the error goes away.

If that doesn't fix it, I would assume that you've got your services running under accounts that do not have access to the resources being demanded by Workflow and Web Access. Like if you've got a Business Process that tries to save files to a network share, but the account running the service isn't allowed access to that share, you might seen an error like that.

If those ideas don't work, I recommend you open a case with your VAR.
