For connecting to the Cloud repository with Connector, specify a Web Access repository. For the server, use "https://webaccess.laserfiche.com/laserfiche" and for the repository, specify the value "r-xxx" which can be found in the Plan tab when logging in with an administrative account (i.e. using e-mail, not repository username).

For licensing Connector with Cloud, a procedure for licensing is still in the works, as with Import Agent. For now it will have to be handled on a case by case basis. If this is relevant we can continue exploring this in the case you've already opened. For anyone else, until an announcement of an official system of licensing, contact your solution provider to open a support case.
