Please to advice how we can call MVC web service from laserfiche workflow using "HTTP Web Request" activity.

You first have to configure the web service. Click on the "HTTP Web Request Activity" and on the "Web Service" dropdown menu select "Manage Web services". Then you will want to add in your web service here. Specify the URL to the site, and set up any needed credentials. Once you have completed the setup you can now specify the HTTP requests you want to make.
