The following error has occured on our Laserfiche server when trying to access forms

On your Laserfiche server, go to C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Server and locate the showhwfp.exe utility. Copy it over to your Forms server (if they are different machines), and then run it on your Forms server. Make note of the HWFP.
On the Forms server, navigate to C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms\Forms\bin and locate the lf.licx file. Open it in an editor and find the <HostFingerprint> tag. Check that the value in that file matches the results from running showhwfp.exe. If they do not match, you will need to deactivate and reactivate your forms installation to fix the license file.

You can find information about deactivating your Laserfiche products here:

You can run the same tool, ActivationTool.exe, to reactivate the license. In this case, just run the program from Windows and use the graphical interface to recreate your licenses.

"LicenseFingerprintMismatch" usually means you have an issue with your Forms license.

The [LFF5000-LicenseFingerprintMismatch] error may appear if you have configured a windows user to run the Laserfiche Forms Routing Service and Forms site. Please check whether the error will disappear after you restart IIS and Laserfiche Forms Routing Service.

How do I verify our License? We don't have the License manager.

This issue was resolved by re-installing the license. Our VAR told us to upgrade the RAM to our Virtual Laserfiche Server and that changed the Hardware Fingerprint. Thank you for your help.
