WebAccess display different Creation date on documents

On the WebAccess of one user, the Creation Date and Last Modified date of the documents are not the correct ones, they have a 5 hour difference.

I check the date/time setting on the Laserfiche Server, On the WebAccess and on the user PC, all 3 have the same time and date.

Do you know why is displaying this 5 hours difference?

It sounds like that one user has the timezone on their machine set differently from the others, or it's possible that Web Access is unable to detect their timezone and is showing them the times without a timezone adjustment applied (i.e. in UTC). If it is the latter, you might want to open a support case.
