We have a client who is experiencing the following issue on Rio 10.1:

The pattern I am finding after installing an upgrade to the version 10.0 plugin is the local copy of the word document being checked out is not being handled correctly. Sometimes the check in process does not fully complete but removes the document from the local drive and as a result is out of sync. If we open the document again it cant find the local copy. We then get messages such as this document is read only from a Laserfiche prompt.

Attached is a screen grap of an error we are getting after installing the version 10.1 plugin, can you let me know how to resolve this issue please?

We also tried to undo checkout but got an access denied error.

The exact version installed is Laserfiche Office Integration 10 version 10.1.0.151.
