Feature Request: System Wide Dashboard

asked on October 11, 2016

I really like the operational and performance dashboards available in Forms 10. It would also be nice to have a dashboard at the top level of Forms as well. This dashboard could display a breakdown of the Number of Instances by Business Process, Number of tasks by Business Process, the amount of on time and overdue tasks by project, amount of tasks on time or overdue by team, etc.

In my current position, I am asked to provide our School board the number of overdue tasks at the administration level about every month.  Being able to get an overview of all of our forms (approximately 35 regularly active of 52 published forms) similar to the Instance Monitor but displaying the form dashboard data on current step status of On Time or Overdue and being able to drill down from there to individual forms to see what forms are being skipped over compared to others or something similar.  Currently, I do a tally on each of the 35 and create a bar graph externally of this data.

Alternatively, if anyone knows how to pull this data out of the SQL table and wants to share that would be wonderful.

I too would like to see admin dashboards for the entire LF Forms system.  Another nice feature would be the ability to save specific report graphs that you could place onto a widget based page that could update automatically.  Maybe even the ability to publish a live view graph to a webpage that you could then allow executives to easily view.

I'd like to bump up this request. The more we move towards process automation and BPM becomes a rule standard in operations, the more this kind of dashboard across the entire operation becomes a necessity.

Also bumped.

Have seen other questions also unanswered for 6/7 years, so whatever we can do to help.
