There are a few ways to generate such reports depending how you need them to look.

The simplest would be to generate a search query into a mult-value token and simply send an email using the 'Apply Index' and the option 'All values separated by: Line Break' on your token.

A more polished approach would be to fill out a PDF or Word template after you do your search.
