One of our Clients is encountering a weird behavior with the Forms Approval activity. Client is using Gmail for IMAP configuration. There is a folder designated (in Gmail inbox) to for the incoming email that is being monitored. I have confirmed that the name is correct. The test for the entire email approval configuration completes successfully.
Once a form is submitted, and approved, the forms status shows pending in the results. The email is received in the designated folder in Gmail. But the form is still stuck at pending. The next step is to send to Laserfiche. Checking the event viewer on the Forms Server, there are no Forms related errors, not even warnings or informational logs.
The forms server is on a DMZ.
Any ideas on what we are missing here. The Forms version is 9.2.1.1069.
