We've had cases where users have been trying to print a mixed group of documents from Laserfiche - i.e images, PDF, .eml files. Most documents print fine but .eml files for example do not. An application is installed that can open .eml file (in this case Lotus Notes) but printing reports that no application is available to print them.

I would expect this though as exporting the same eml file to a Windows folder and trying to print from there (via right click > Print) does not work either as the "Print" option is not available.

Are there any viable workarounds for this?
