I'm new to Laserfiche and I was tasked with creating a paperless option to submit travel request, among other things. I was working through workflow and notice there is an option to fill out pdf, retrieve pdf form content, and PDF Metadata. I wanted to see if someone had a quick write up or tutorial so show how to use this feature.
what I was hoping to achieve it to have someone fill out a pdf via laserfiche, have the data recorded, and setup a workflow that can send that pdf data to the appropriate person for approval or deny. Hopefully this can be achieve this without forms since my company doesn't have the forms module.
