Hi all,

I need a generic presentation for Laserfiche for instance, steps as scanning, metadata filling, routing of documents to participants,etc... Can you please tell me where I can have one?

Hi Sheila,

There are some generic videos on the Laserfiche site.

I don't think there is much "generic" stuff in general as every site is so vastly different it's hard to create generic 'how to' guides. You best bet would be youtube and other sources for generic material, but ultimately you would be better off writing your own material.
