Add watermark to documents before print

Hello Everyone,

Is there anyway to add watermark to documents in case of printing ONLY within a certain Folder using Workflow !

as we need watermark to be hidden while browsing and only come in printing.

 

I know about repository settings in Administration console and Group watermark, but this will make the watermark applied for all printed documents.

So we need workflow to control the process.

Dear Mohamed Sabry,

Workflow rule will be active only on these " Event Types "

1. Entry Created

2. Entry Deleted

3. Entry Moved

4. Entry Copied

5. Entry Changed

6. Entry Restored

7. Document Signed

 

Not on Printing

Workflow would get the notification that a document was printed after the fact, so it would have no way of applying a watermark.

Have you tried looking into tag watermarks?

Actually, I know all events that would trigger a workflow.

However I asked this question to check any workarounds.
