AND logic for Weblink search form

I am having an issue with a search form within Weblink. I would like the different search criteria to be a logical AND clause instead of doing a logical OR. The document text search is formatted from this answers post: http://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/86636/Quotes-in-weblink-searches. When I search and have Minutes checked it is also finding resolutions which is unchecked. This criteria is a template field.

Most likely its your Date field that is preventing the document type from working correctly.  I would suggest adding an OR sub statement to your search and dropping the date field in there.

That doesn't seem to be working for me. There is a hidden field that is searching on another template though that template comes up first when attempting to search instead of the one that the check boxes belong to. I have tried to move the search constraints around though it is not effecting it.
