Scanning a paper with physical highlighting

I  have a scanning issue where I scan a document with highlights under the black and white scan setting there is a black outline on the border of the highlight marks. This is in Windows 10 and using the 9.2 LF client.  With the previous computer (Windows 7) this was not an issue and when documents with highlights were scanned in the highlights would not show up on the page.  And configuration advice or reasons why this is happening and/or solutions? Drivers? OS?

There have been changes in the client and scanning that may fix your issue. Can you hotfix the client and server machines to (9.2.1 sp 2)? https://support.laserfiche.com/KB/1013737

Correction for me.  We are on 9.2.1 sp1.  I don't make the call on upgrades, but we are just one sp behind and are pretty current.

In that case, pleas open a case with your VAR so we can look into it in further detail.
