I have a color pdf that when imported into (client) laserfiche is no longer in color, even though the settings say to import pdf (color/grayscale). What setting an I missing?

What version are you using? In 10.1.1.254 in Tools>Generate Pages there is a check box for "Generate monochrome pages" make sure that check box is unchecked. There is also a checkbox under New Documents>Settings, under Generate Laserfiche pages "Import monochrome images" so if you are generating Tiff images make sure that box isn't checked.

I'm using 9.1, and have looked at both of those boxes, they are not checked.

This has to be something simple. The area you listed and the 2 I listed are the only 3 that I see, and I tested this and it is importing the PDF in color.

Beth,

Are you using Snapshot, or are you just click-dragging the PDF into the repository?

When I drag the PDF's in, it preserves the color, but when I do a test with printing with Snapshot from the PDF viewer I do get black and white images. I haven't figured out how to fix that yet, but if you reset your client back to default settings, doing a click-drag import should work.
