Has anyone seen an issue like this before? Is there an update or hot fix available that may resolve this?

Thanks!

The latest hotfix for the 9.1 desktop client is 9.1.1 Service Pack 2, if updating to that doesn't fix the problem please open a support case so we can get the crash dumps necessary to determine the problem.

Hi Robert,

Thanks for the information. Would the hot fix just need to be applied to the client or also the server?

Thank You!

If you update to 9.1.1 SP2, only the desktop client needs to be updated. If you want to go to 9.2 or newer (which also might fix the crash), you need to update the LF server first.
