Hello All,

I have a user who is on version 9 of the LF Client and are running into an error when trying to open certain documents. It looks as if the documents are XML documents with embedded signatures (In this case the kind used in Incode). Just opening the document in MS Word causes the following error to occur:

We run into an error with the LF 9 client and xml documents with imbedded signatures (such as those used win Incode). Just opening the document in MS Word present the error below, Have you seen this before?

The process cannot access the file 'c:\users\mccuer\appdata\local\temp\ccae3d.xml' because it is being used by another process.

Is there any light that can be shed on this or any other users that have seen this issue before?
