i have this error when i try to print document in laserfiche : certain drawing operation are not supported by your printer

Does this happen when trying to print to all printers? Does this happen from all the workstations or just one? Have you tried using a different print driver (PCL5 or PCL6)?
thanks for your fast reply , this error happen with most of our printers , only tow or three printers ok , we tried using different print drive ( PCL5 or PCL6) same thing .
I'm guessing printing from other applications is also ok?
Yes it is ok . only from laserfiche application
Have you tried changing what is printed?
sure, i tried ( images , images and text , zoomed area of images)
Look for the setting "Print graphics as raster", set it and try again.
In addition, you should also update your printer driver.
