LF Forms Classic Unsupported

What does this message mean when opening Forms. Apparently I am using the classic edition but it was working up until this week.

 

Laserfiche Forms can only be used with Laserfiche Rio or Laserfiche Avante. [LFF5005-ClassicUnsupported]

According to the documentation in order to use Forms you need  a Rio or Avante system , review this link the online help . If this is not the case and your server license is from a Rio or Avante system, then please open a case with tech support.

It sounds like your Laserfiche Server license has expired.

Yup that was it. I guess it had an expiration date of today but it switched to Classic Mode also somehow.

That's the expected behavior for an unlicensed Laserfiche Server. Forms just detects whether it's Rio or Avante and rejects it if it's neither one.
