when new form opens the focus is on the field with lookup rule is set

We have a form starts with  a long section of description, warning, etc., then input fields. One of the fields are drop-down list by lookup rules.

When I open the form, the focus is set on that field. The form doesn't show top of the page, because of that.

It happens only Internet Explorer. Chrome is fine.

How can I make it shows top of the page?

Do you have any custom JavaScript on your form?

What version of Internet Explorer are you using?

There was custom javascript, however, I removed that script and tested to see if that is the cause. Still the same result.

Version : IE 11.

This is a problem with IE11, that they are only going to address in Edge. The only fix would be custom Javascript to work around the bug. A quick Google search turned up this, but it might not work with Forms:
