pixelWidth error

In Laserfiche Web Access , I received a error stating that:

 

The parameter value must be greater than zero.

Parameter name: pixelWidth

 

Essentially to my knowledge it's telling me that there is no pixel width setting, or that it is set to zero.

My question is how do I rectify the problem?

A case was opened with Laserfiche Support. The issue can be reproduced when the user signed into Web Access is a member of a group with a watermark. SCR 150127 has been filed for this. Viewing the documents from the Client present no problem. As a workaround for Web Access, you can set a header or footer for the group watermark and the issue does not manifest.
