I am on Workflow version 10.0.0.249 and also this occur in 9
and when I import a workflow for first time and then I change the connection on "Workflow administration console"  a data source (Sql Connection) or Web Service it is not make the refresh instantly, I need to enter to each workflow and then Clic on the drop down list of available sources and then select a diferent one and change again the connection to the original one to make that refresh.

Is there some thing else to do to avoid that?
