Is there a setting that controls this? I'm aware of the monochrome options for PDFs, but need to be able to retain image and text color on MS Word document pages. The reason is for uploaded individual Board documents that are being compiled into a single Board report by Workflow, so I need to have the pages generated in order for Workflow to copy them into the report.

Hi Mike,
Are you referring to printing the Word document using Laserfiche Snapshot? If so, you can view the printing preferences in the Snapshot Configuration utility and set the resulting file format to be something like TIFF JPEG if you want to retain the color in the Word documents. By default, you might have Snapshot set to print as TIFF Group 4 which is monochrome.
