O/S Requirements Question for Import Agent

Hi, I was wondering if someone form Laserfiche could please confirm if Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard (which has only ever had Service Pack 1 released) will support Import Agent?

The following O/S requirements are:

  • Operating System:
    • Windows Vista (Service Pack 2)
    • Windows Server 2008 (Service Pack 2)
    • Windows Server 2012
    • Windows 7 (Service Pack 1)
    • Windows 8
    • Windows 10

 

I was hoping we don't need to upgrade.

It will be OK, it an oversight in the documentation. We'll have the readme updated to reflect that.

I believe that Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard is more recent, but not specified in the LF min requirements? Just need confirmation if it will be ok for Import Agent?
