Hi ,

How to create an automatic workflow for the files getting moved from repository A to repository B automatically.

Scenario :- A leave application form is created for internal use,once the leave form is approved from the concerned manager,the file will be saved in Repository A ,Repository A should move the files automatically to Repository B using the workflow.

I am not able to create the workflow for the files to be moved automatically from Repository A to B.Kindly, please help me with the question.

You can use the Replicate Entries activity to export files from one repository and import them into another one.

Hello Miruna,

Thanks for your reply, The below are the difficulties i am coming accross, can you please help me in solving this one.

I tried using replicate entries,but i couldn't find an option to export the file from the repository.

Please look at the screen shot.

The activity does it for you. It takes them from the source repository and imports them into the destination one. You need to set the destination repository to the one where you want the documents to end up.
