No, only the most recent version of a document is available in WebLink.  This means that when you publish a final version, you don't have to worry about people having access to your earlier drafts.

If I understand correctly then it is a feature that will not be added to weblink?

Or I can ask for this improvement?

Can you say more about your use cases?  What kinds of documents are you versioning?  Would all users be able to see all versions of all documents, or would you want this to be constrained in some way?  Are your version comments descriptive enough, or is there another way you imagine users finding the version they are looking for?

  • Office documents, and maybe PDF to
  • All the user with access to the documents could see all the versions
  • They want like in WebAccess, see the history of the versions, who made the change, the comments, and compare the versions, as read only of course, its weblink
