Multi-Sort Columns in Web Access Version 10

asked on September 28, 2016 Show version history

Hello

We recently moved to Web Access version 10 and I seem to have lost the ability to multi-sort columns in the details pane.  The User Manual for v10 says it has this feature but I can't find it.  I am using Firefox v49.0.1

When I right-click on the column header line I see the ability to pick columns but there is no option to multi-sort columns like in v9.  The image below is what  see when I right-click on the column header bar. Is there a solution to this?

Thanks

Hi Kathleen,

Select "Sort Columns" and you'll get the same functionality you're looking for. The interface is a little different, but once you select the Sort Columns button, you'll be able to sort the columns in the order you'd like by clicking on the column headers in the center pane.

That works.  I would add to your solution that the function to remove the multi-sort is found in the bar above the details pane.

Thank you very much for your quick response.

Kathy
