We have a situation whereby classifications are just disappearing, we constantly have to rely on the backup file. Sometimes it happens when a change is made to the classification after saving and when you reopen the next time everything would be gone. Has anyone experienced such behavior?

I have experienced the same issue. I found by closing and reopening the session would usually bring back the missing classifications. By chance does this session have a lot of different classifications? The one I was working on had about 300 classifications.

Hi Derek

I had 6 classifications and of the 6 I only had two after opening. Thanks for the reply I will try the closing and reopening.

Can you please ask your VAR to open a support case and attach the session?
