I've scanned a document, the tff icon is red. Why? How do I make it green?

Entries are colored by the template that they have assigned. You can change the color for a template in the Administration console.
Nope. Our templates are all set to 'default' color. I have had this issue before where a document is scanned and the icon is red. I need to do something to change it to green - something simple (I think), but can't remember what it is.
Here is a screen shot. The red is unusual, the green is normal.
This is in laserfiche client
In my experience with LF 10, each time you create a Template the Default color will cycle. If you want them to be green, you'll need to set the template to use green instead of Default.
Hi Beth,
The "default" template color just means that a random color will be associated with the template.
Your screenshot indicates that the "red" documents are assigned one template and so if you have other documents that are "green" then they would be using another template.
Could it just be that the "red" documents are using the wrong template and need to be changed to use the correct (green) template? You may also want to double check the default metadata settings configured in Laserfiche Scanning to verify that those documents are being assigned the correct template.

Is this new with an upgrade? We are using laserfiche 9 and I have never had the icon color change. All of our templates are set to default and everything that had been scanned in over the years the tff icon has always been green. I manage the program for us and have set up templates lots of times and have never set the color, nor had to change it.
I vaguely remember at one time, the tff color was red, tech support had me change a setting (something simple) and then the icon changed to green. It was not changing the color assigned to the template as it is a template we use all the time and it is set at 'default'.
But I will change the color setting in the admin console and see if that makes a difference
